Excellent place with free wi-fi, free parking, and great staff. I remember my first stay when they helped with early check-in. I always have a good experience and will return for Easter.

The standard twin room was bright and cheap with comfortable beds. The breakfast was sensational and great with cooked eggs, all the food was fresh. This location was marvellous and amazing, really close to Hampstead Garden Suburb, and the underground station and bus station. Went to Hummus Bar for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I loved the cozy, clean room and the good kosher breakfast options were fantastic. The bathroom, although needing an update, was still comfortable and served my needs well. Would definitely stay again!

- friendly guy on reception - clean sheets
- decor - standard of rooms poor, but to be honest, we got what we paid for, so didn't expect much - beds - pretty uncomfortable - breakfast - continental was pushing it!

Our room was clean and tidy and Peggy the 75 year old who served us breakfast made us laugh. The breakfast alhough continental was lovely
The heating rail in the bathroom was too hot (enough to scold) and continually on. The place could do with an overhall and paint. The dining room could do with some pictures and maybe some background music.

The breakfasts were marvellous with cereals and salmon, for example and the staff were efficient, did not rush us.

The room was spacious enough. Peggy the housekeeper was friendly and sympathetic. The area is nice - lots of trees and flowers and good restaurants and cafes and grocers.
As it was passover the office was closed, which was not mentioned on the website. This meant they could not turn off the heating in the bathroom which meant we were too hot. And there was no bread for the continental breakfast which was almost uneatable. Also there was no remote for the TV. And the hallway stank. And the room (with the window open) was noisy because of cars going past. Other than that it was great.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the free WiFi and the fact that my room had an opening window for fresh air. While I found the breakfast selection quite generous and loved that the hotel offered board games for relaxation, I did wish there were a few more local eateries nearby. Just a heads-up, the only downside was that the shower took a bit longer to heat up than expected. 😊

The hotel was situated near the Crematorium in which the funeral service we were attending was being held. Its location was also within easy walking distance of the Underground and close to a decent sized shopping area.
The Hotel is extremely dated looking with poor quality decoration throughout. The carpets are extremely worn and stained, and although we were only there for one night it fell far below the Hotels advertised facilities and pictures would have you believe. The Hotel advertises all rooms as having tv, phone and Fridge, however our room (No. 38) had none of the above in it. The bathroom ceiling was peeling and covered in mould spots. It also had a window that couldnt be closed leaving a half centimetre gap through which freezing cold air came in. The radiator wasnt working either so the room was like a freezer. After complaining about these issues the manager(?) managed to arrange for a tv to be delivered, and the radiator was attempted to be fixed. During this work in the room the staff member told me that the window had been repaired "months ago" but not correctly! If that was the case then it should have been repaired again by someone who knew what they were doing, and not left in the unnacceptable state that we found it in. As we were attending a funeral and subsequent wake we left the hotel and didnt return until almost 2am to find that the room was as cold as ever and the "repaired" radiator was still not working. The bedding was pitiful (1 sheet and 1 thin blanket per bed) and it was only because we were so shattered that we simply huddled as best we could and fell asleep.

I have tried hard to think of redeeming factors and the only one that comes to mind is the friendliness of the staff. The carpets were stained. The television was faulty,Graffiti on the wall. Wall paper ripped, leaking radiator. A welcoming visitor - a snail complete with shell. Mildew in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken. Glass shelf with no glass and brackets used to hold toiler paper. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Hole in the wall above skirting board possible entry to room for for nocturnal visitors. Overall disgusting and will not be recommending your hotel. In fact I will be looking for a review site to post my comments. I have several photographs to support. I think it is a bad testimony for the synagogue. We expected a much higher standard from a hotel owned by the synagogue - shame on you.
Everything listed above.

We chose this hotel based on its' location; only 2 tube stops away from Hendon Central where my daughter was graduating, and only 5 minutes walk to the tube station from the hotel. The room was basic but met our requirements exactly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Added bonus of en-suite where we expected to use a shared bathroom. Would use this hotel again.
